There are so many bad mannered people in Japan.

I would like to talk about bad manners today.

As you know, recently so much trouble has broken out on the train.

The reason is that after someone advises a bad mannered person freaks out.

Finally they are fighting.

Usually people thought only the bad mannered person was wrong.

But do you think is it true?

In my opinion each of them is missing something.

What were they missing?

They are missing the polite words.

I think the most important manner is what words we should choose to use.

If the advisor uses softer words, the bad mannered person may not have gotten angry.

If the bad mannered person reacted to the advice with softer words the advisor might have not gotten annoyed.

I think these days we lack polite words.

We don’t have enough small conversations.

A small conversation built us communication skill.

Good communication skills will soIve the problems.

I think we should carefully choose what words we use.

Why don’t we start with greeting people at the elevator who share the same spaces.

The polite words will take our stress off.

It definitely helps decline the number of trouble.

Thank you.
