拉致被害者家族 が次々と逝去する中、《宣言》から、20年経過した現在も、問題は未解決のままだ。
自民党 以外の政党が与党になった場合でも、他の政党は、拉致問題 にどう取り組むのか、について、解決まで、施策や姿勢を積極的に発する責務が有る。

On October 15, 2002, five abductees temporarily return to Japan (after the Japanese government rejects North Korea's request for their repatriation)

While the families of the abductees have passed away one after another, 20 years have passed since the "DECLARATION", and the issue remains unresolved.
Even if a party other than the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) becomes the ruling party, other parties have a responsibility to actively announce their policies and stances on how they will tackle the abduction issue until it is resolved.
