FRB が続けている利上げで、債権評価が下がり、デフォルトになった、Signature Bank と Silicon Valley Bank。
上記の銀行に口座があっても安心していい、とJoe Bidenは月曜日に語ったが、ドルの価値は下がった。
市場は正直だ。
ただ、破綻が明らかになった後の、Bidenの行動は素早かった、と思う。

特に後者の破綻は、私の関係者の何人かも、口座を持っていたし、その縁有って、私も口座を持つ事を検討した事があったので、私自身、とても驚いている。
