代理店を通していればこんな面倒なこともないんだろうけど、こんな面倒なことも含めての旅かなっていう気もしているウシシ

ちょっと調べたら、メールとか問い合わせフォームとかで連絡しても「チャットか電話にしろ」って返信が来るらしい。

チャット→英語 or インドネシア語

電話→24時間対応なのは英語 or インドネシア語

日本の営業所もあるけど電話は繋がりにくいらしい(そりゃそうだタラー

 

英語の電話はハードル高すぎるので、チャットにチャレンジ!!

チャットすら繋がんねー笑い泣き(そりゃそうだタラー

 

でも、ちょっと遅い時間に再チャレンジしたら繋がった乙女のトキメキ

そして、キャンセルするのに 20:53 から 21:36までの約40分もかかったー。

オペレーターさんのレスポンスがそんなに良くなかったから、一度に何人もとやり取りをしている感じなのかな。


ほんとは来年のゴールデンウィークに日程変更をしたかったんだけど、まだ来年のフライトスケジュールが出ていないらしく…。

今回、めちゃくちゃ安く取れてたのになー笑い泣き
