前エントリでも述べたが、仕事をするからには、少しでも多くの人をハッピーにしたい。
そこで、最近の課題はチームで最大のパフォーマンスをするための方策だったりする。
そのために今の自分に必要なことは
飛び抜けた個のチカラ ＆ 周りへの深いコミットメントだと思う。
前者については、やはり誰かを信頼するには、他者が信頼できる実力を持たないと話にならない。
誰もが脱帽するほどの突破力を持ち続けなければならない。
そのために前回のエントリで述べたFE試験とTOEICは軽く乗り越えなきゃいけない。
後者について、チームメンバーがどういう人間で、何を考えているかを理解しなければ、
信頼して一緒に仕事できるわけないし、献身的にはいられない。
そのために今取り組んでいることが、同期とのサシ飲み祭キャンペーンである。
周りの人たちへのコミットの深さが、パフォーマンスに直結するのでしっかりと築きあげたい！！
というわけで始めた本キャンペーンも本日でようやく第4弾が終わり、学び得た収穫も多かったりする。
１つ、大きな収穫としてあげるとするならば、
やっている奴は常にプラスαの仕事をやっているということである。
数字が苦手だという文系のK君は土日に簿記の問題集を解いているという。
何故そこまでストイックになれるのか、何がそこまで自分を突き動かすのか。
そんなことを言葉の端々から感じ取り、欠けている情報を補完していく。
昨日よりも少しだけその人の大事な中身を知ることで、刺激となり肥やしとなる。
海外研修までの目標として30人は必ずサシ飲みしたいものだ！！

0. 同期とサシ飲みキャンペーン実施中「海外研修まで目指せ３０人！！」
1. FE試験に合格する！（10月の下旬）
→まぁ日本にいない場合はしょうがない！来年４月に受ける！！
2. TOEIC800をとる！（10、11月）
→海外研修から帰ってきて受けるから、絶対にとったる！！
Commitments to the team's success
As I said in a last entry, I would like make a lot of people happy in my business.
To achieve this my goals, it need excellent abilities and deep commitment against associates.
In the former, as a last entry, I have to pass the FE examination and mark high score in TOEIC.
In the latter, deep commitment affect my motivation and performance directly.
It means So if I cannot know them, I cannot work together and count on them.
Thus I launch a campaign that I drink with associate one to one.
From this campaign, I learned people who have the ability to do the job always try to improve themselves after their work.
Let me introduce my colleague. He is not good at math so that he has graduated faculty of letters. Therfore he began to learn bookkeeping at weekend.
When I knew this fact, I’m really surprised and shocked.
How stoic he is!!!!
Compared with yesterday, I could commit him a little bit.
Many years of assiduous effort to understand associates results have wonderful future.
First of all, I would like to be aiming at 30 persons in this campaign by the gobal training program.
