HI MY Friends.
Well today was Easter in the USA.
Its a National Holiday.
By Tradition, We have a big family gathering with Dinner.
Here is the Menu for our Easter Dinner!
Shrimp and Bacon Deviled Eggs
Sun-Dried Tomato and Herb-Stuffed Leg of Lamb
Asparagus with Olive Gremolata
Roasted Potatoes with Herb Vinaigrette
Hot Cross Buns
Almond Jelly Roll with Raspberry Filling
Its was so so Yummy.
Then, in the middle of dinner there was a very big Earthquake
.
We could not move, because it was so strong.
It lasted for about 45 seconds.
Once it stopped we turned on the TV news and heard it was a 7.2 earthquake from Mexico.
Thats about 2 hours from our area.
I was so afraid, but lucky no one was hurt at our dinner.
Mexico has alot of damage, but reports area slow to come out of mexico.
