waxing: 満ちていく
waning: 欠けていく
crescent: 三日月
（The First/The Third or The Last)Quarter: 半月 （見えている部分が4分の1だから Half Moon とも言う）
waxing and waning: 満ち欠け、月のことだけでなく、人生や病状の形容にも使われます。
