Hello.

 

I got some useful information from my older sister’s friend who always gives me great supports - she makes me veggie pastes and a clear soup, and also gives me very helpful information like a nutrition jelly and a healthy meal delivery service.

 

She suggested, from her experiences, that I should ask for a porridge.

 

So yesterday, I spoke to nurse about that.

 

Today, I got my normal meal substituted with this porridge.

Appreciate very helpful information.
 
If I was not aware of it,
I might have ended my day without eating anything again.
 
It is indeed light and shade.
 
Pasted carrot mixed with a fish soup
Porridge soup with chicken and vegetables 
 
I could eat a little bit at a time.
 
I could be still more creative to find another way that I just don’t know or haven’t tried yet.
I learned that I should not give up on trying or resign myself to the status quo.
 
And
no matter how you are struggling, 
nobody can wash it out of you.  
 
You have to take responsibility to express what is painful, what is difficult, what support you need.
I’ve reminded myself again. We should say out loud,
 
Teach me please.
Help me please.
