The night with full of worry or hesitation could be felt so long like eternity. 

It reminds me of a lot of better memories with regret, sadness and anger and I lose my way to go. 

At such a night I meditate deeply and talk to myself to try to accept these negative emotion inside me and remember the fact that every night comes end.

悔いや悲しみ、怒りに満ちた記憶が喚起され、進むべき道を見失う。

そんな夜は、深く瞑想をしてみる。

自分の中の負の感情に向き合うために。

そして『夜明けの来ない夜はない』という事実を確認するために…。
