There was chaos overnight as roads, homes and businesses were flooded and cars were abandoned on the street.

The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters has... issued a "level 3" warning... aimed at preventing further damage.

Hello Devin, I'm out here on the road leading up to Jamsu Bridge located in central Seoul.

Now, the bridge has been closed off due to heavy downpours overnight and during the day today.

As you can see behind me, the bridge was closed because the Hangang River have risen .

This is the second time the bridge has been closed off this summer.

The rain is still pouring right now, but not as heavily as last night.

During the day today, rain was falling at 20 to 30 milimeters per hour on average in the capital region.

Seoul saw lighter rain while to the south in Gyeonggi-do Province, regions like Suwon, Osan, and Pyeongtaek saw a bit more.

Starting late in the evening, though, it'll be getting heavier, with rain more like what we saw last night.

Tonight, around 100 to 200 millimeters of rain will fall in the capital region and Gangwon-do province, but some areas could even see up to 300 millimeters.

About 100 to 200 milimeters of rain will also fall in the rest of central region and Gyeongsangbuk-do province.

But the amount of rainfall, that will continue until Thursday, will vary drastically by region.


Shi-hoo, what's the road situation like?


Parts of the Olympic Boulevard and the Naebu Expressway have been blocked, though some parts have been unblocked during the day.

Parts of Banpo-daero and Sapyoung-daero that were submerged earlier have now been drained, but some submerged cars are blocking passage in certain areas.

Areas near Gangnam Station have also been submerged.

And 51 routes of the Seoul City bus system are having to bypass the blocked or submerged areas.

The swimming pools at Hangang Parks have also been closed off... and will remain closed until the weather improves.


To minimize the damage, theauthorities are advising people to stay away from streams and rivers that are prone to flooding.

They should also refrain from visiting mountainous regions where there is a risk of landslides.

Also, those going out should use public transportation rather than driving.

私は安倍晋三氏には怒りはありますが、長い腐れ縁で、最初は彼の奇跡的快復を願い、死亡を聞いた後では追悼文を書く予定でした。

ところが、どうも、死亡や銃撃（空弾及び殺傷能力のない銃弾を除き銃撃）検証すると、本当だろうかと疑い始め、更に、Twitterで出回っている下記映像を見て、これは嘘と違うかと思っているのが現状です。

嘘の場合には、選挙の公正さ破壊問題、国葬に使う税金問題…などが生じてきます。
皆様からの情報提供を期待しています。 まずは事実確認が先です。

なお、我が家の近所で昨年秋から一年もしない間に三人が死亡しました。しかし、？など誰が見ても嘘としか思えませんでした。

具体的に言えば、土地名義変更関連の案内を親戚各位宛に記述終了すると、近所の親戚のボスが死亡、その文書をいとこの家の郵便受けにいれるや即座に従兄弟が死亡。

さらに、本年6月には我が家と同一住所番地使用のZ3氏が死亡。だがZ3氏の死亡前には、車のバーンバーン音が朝0：30頃からあり、起床後も何かあると…車…が。
ちなみに、このZ3氏と同様な状態で何かあると伝えられた日に安倍晋三氏が銃撃されています。それも、何かあるのをTwitterに下書を書いている最中（2022/7/8 11:25～34）に、そしてTwitterに掲載(2022/7/8 11:35)するや即安倍氏銃撃のNewsが流れました。


逆に、私の母が2012年に93才で死亡したときには、死亡診断書、火葬証明書、更には私語硬直を私はずっとみていました。にも拘わらず、みんなが母が死亡は嘘という形で対応され頭にきていました。今も生きていれば103才か104才でその確率は低いですが、一切会っていません。
こんな不条理が。
