The world is scrambling to find out more about Kim Jong-un's daughter.
Intel authorities believe the girl recently seen holding hands with the regime's leader is his second child.

Experts believe unveiling her like this is thought out strategically.

South Korea's National Intelligence Service says North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's daughter, seen recently holding hands with her father as he inspected the ICBM launched Friday, is Kim's second child, Kim Ju-ae.

That's according to People Power Party lawmaker Yoo Sang-bum, who said Tuesday that the NIS explained to lawmakers in a closed door Intelligence Committee briefing that her physique, thought to be big for a girl around ten years old, matches prior information the intelligence agency had on her.

According to the NIS briefing, Yoo said, Kim Jong-un appeared with his daughter in a show of his determination to "take responsibility for the security" of the North's future generations, a view that experts on North Korea share as well.


"Pyeongyang is conveying the message that Kim Jong-un has secured the safety of the North's future generations and that he is looking after the security of the North Korean people as a whole as the leader of a more patriarchal, authoritarian society."


Analysts also say their appearance in front of the missile conveys just how confident and relaxed the regime feels about its nuclear weapons program.

" this time because they have the capability of at least so called tactical nuclear. They've shown this capability several times. More than thirty-something missile launches this year. So i think this reflects their confidence on their nuclear capability."

Yoo also relayed that the National Intelligence Service sees it as likely that North Korea will indeed conduct a seventh nuclear test which the NIS had previously predicted to take place sometime between October sixteenth and November seventh between the Chinese Communist Party's twentieth National Congress and the United States' midterm elections.

Description: Violence against women , also known as gender-based violence and sexual and gender-based violence are violent acts primarily or exclusively committed against women and girls. Often considered a form of hate crime, this type of violence is gender-based, meaning that the acts of violence are committed against women and girls expressly because they are female. 

The UN Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women states, "violence against women is a manifestation of historically unequal power relations between men and women" and "violence against women is one of the crucial social mechanisms by which women are forced into a subordinate position compared with men." Kofi Annan, Secretary-General of the United Nations, declared in a 2006 report posted on the United Nations Development Fund for Women website:Violence against women and girls is a problem of pandemic proportions. 


At least one out of every three women around the world has been beaten, coerced into sex, or otherwise abused in her lifetime with the abuser usually someone known to her. Violence against women can fit into several broad categories. 

These include violence carried out by "individuals" as well as "states". Some of the forms of violence perpetrated by individuals are: rape, domestic violence, sexual harassment, reproductive coercion, female infanticide, prenatal sex selection, obstetric violence, and mob violence; as well as harmful customary or traditional practices such as honor killings, dowry violence, female genital mutilation, marriage by abduction and forced marriage. Some forms of violence are perpetrated or condoned by certain states such as war rape; sexual violence and sexual slavery during conflict; forced sterilization; forced abortion; violence by the police and authoritative personnel; stoning and flogging. Many forms of VAW, such as trafficking in women and forced prostitution are often perpetrated by organized criminal networks.

The World Health Organization , in its research on VAW, has analyzed and categorized the different forms of VAW occurring through all stages of life from before birth to old age.In recent years, there has been a trend of approaching VAW at an international level through means such as conventions or, in the European Union, through directives .

昨日（11/22）は、🤡（ME=私）の誕生日であった。これからの人生を考えようと思っていたが、催眠類で一日独り言を言わされて参った。しかも、ほぼ全部重複内容であった。
11/23に、今後の方針を記載する。
🤡は、現時点では催眠…人権剥奪危害で長生きには余り興味がなくなっている。懸命に、健康状態を維持し、ある日突然に突然死・安楽死を願っている。

昔、日野原重明先生（関学中等部→京大医学部）と📺を通じて対談したと思う。
そのときに、先生が「検診…運動…それと余りたべすぎないこと」と言われた。
私が「お腹がすかないですか」と言うと、先生は
「お腹はすきません。一生懸命仕事をしていれば、お腹はすきません」と言われたことを覚えている。
健康を維持するのは大変なことである。

学校についていつか再度論じる予定でいる。その前に、ブッシュ大統領の次の演説は愉快であった。愉快とは気分爽快であった。
簡単に言えば、ブッシュ大統領も大学時代に「C（日本で言えば可）」があったという。
ブッシュ元大統領は演説で「Cがあっても大統領になれる」。
然（しか）り。
人生100年とすれば、大学は4年である。その4年で人の学力などを測るのは笑止千万である。高校も同様である。わずか3年である。中学も同様である。
さらに人間の評価は学力だけではあるまい。

野球に例えれば、高校野球がどうだこうだではなく、プロ野球の選手ならば今が全てであろう。監督ならば、選手時代の成績ではなく、今が全てであろう。ましてや、中学や小学校時代の野球の力などは無関係であろう。勉学も同様である。今が全てである。
　そして、人間の評価は野球の出来・不出来で決まらないのと同様に、勉学ではきまらないことも事実である。

70才を前に、多くの人がこれからは病で…大変だと。萩原欽一氏（80才）も体調不調のニュースが本日あった。
更に、アントニオ猪木さんが死去、…と。2018年には星野仙一氏が70才で死去した。
年金支給を70才まで延長論議がでているが、それまで生きれればよいのであるが。
同時に、生活保護よりも低い国民年金支給額のため、生きていれば死ぬよりも苦しい運命がまっているかもしれない。
そうした中での物価上昇である。

私ならば、消費者・年金生活者…などの弱者を守るため、公定歩合は引き上げる。常識上物価は下落、円安もかなりおさまる。景気は一時一部の業種で後退するが、国民全体を守るには手はなかろう。…同時に、一定の時期からは再度一部緩和、引き締め…緩和…の操作となる

物価上昇が止まりません。10月の消費者物価指数は40年8か月ぶりの大きな伸びを記録しました。ひとり親世帯などから悲痛な声が上がっています。

小学3年生の子供を育てるシングルマザーの室井さん。最近、以前にも増して生活が苦しくなっているといいます。

「食品とか日用品が上がってきてる。8月に体調を崩して退職してしまったが、貯蓄をしてた分から切り崩して、すごく大変な思いをしました」

物価上昇がひとり親世帯など、生活に余裕のない人たちを直撃しています。

10月の消費者物価指数はプラス3.6%と、40年8か月ぶりの大幅な伸びとなりました。電気代やガス代は2割以上上昇。食パンなどの食料品も5.9%上昇しました。

室井さんはリビングや廊下の照明を間引いて、半分使わないようにするなど節約を徹底していますが、子どもに習い事をさせるのは経済的に難しくなっているといいます。

「習い事をしたいと言われても、すぐにじゃあいいよって言えないのは、ちょっと心苦しい」

ひとり親家庭を支援する団体の調査には悲痛な叫びが相次いでいます。

「靴が買えず、子どもは足が痛いと言っていたけど、我慢して履かせています」
「修学旅行のお金がどうしても準備できず、行かせてあげることができなかった」
「トイレの水を流すのは3回に1度」

また、「米などの主食が買えないことがあった」と回答した人は56%に上りました。ひとり親家庭やこども食堂などに食料品を配る支援をする「フードバンク」を訪ねると…

「利用者は増えてます。ひとり親世帯や若い方は直撃をうけているんじゃないか」

食の支援を求める利用者は去年の3倍以上に急増し、7月には25トンの食料品を提供したといいます。

この日もこども食堂を展開する団体が餅などを次々と車にのせていきました。

すずらん食堂 小林鈴子 代表
「（冬休みは）給食がなくなりますので、その分、自宅で食べることが多くなる、すごくありがたい。各家庭、物価高で影響をすごくうけてる」

ただ、小麦の価格上昇で企業からパンなどの寄付が集まりにくくなっているということです。

政府は現在、ガソリン補助金などの物価高対策を行っていますが…
