赤ちゃんの頬っぺたは、とても優しい!!
It is very gentle. baby's cheek!!
赤ちゃんの頬っぺたは、とても温かい!!
It is very warm. baby's cheek!!
赤ちゃんの頬っぺたは、とても柔らかい!!
It is very soft. baby's cheek!!
赤ちゃんの頬っぺたは、天使みたいだ!!
Baby's it is cheek, and it is angel.
赤ちゃんの頬っぺたは、汚れがなく純粋無垢のようだ。
It is taintless and seems to be pure
and to be pure. baby's cheek
周りの全ての人々を幸福にしてくれる
All surrounding people are made happy.
あのフワフワとした感じは何かに当てはまると思う!!
I think the feeling assumed to be that
'..fluffy.. Plln' to apply to something.
それは、究極の 出し巻き卵!!
It is an ultimate rolling putting out egg.
非常に繊細であり、非常に難しい!!
It is very delicate, and very difficult.
非常に綺麗であり、非常に柔らかい!!
It is very beautiful, and very soft.
僕の仕事は、この赤ちゃんの頬っぺたを作ることから始まる
My work starts from making this baby's cheek.
長年の経験なくしては出来ない作品だ!!
It is a work that cannot be done without
the long experience.
毎日、毎日、違う作品が出来上がる!!
A different work is completed every day every day.
心の具合によって、様々な出来具合の作品になる
It becomes the work of various results
by the condition of the mind.
上手く出来た時は、清々しい気分と幸福に包まれる!!

■ここに詳しく配合の割合を書いておきます■
The ratio of mixing is written in detail to here.
★☆★出し巻き卵 ５本分の割合です★☆★
It is a ratio of five rolling putting out egg obligations.
出し汁は、鰹節＆昆布から取る
The putting out soup is taken
from dried bonito & seaweed.
出し汁・・・・・１８０ｃｃ×４杯
麺汁(めんつゆ)の素・・・９０ｃｃ
煮酒(にざけ )・・・・・・・９０ｃｃ
味醂(みりん )・・・・・・・９０ｃｃ
白砂糖・・・・・・・・・・･６０グラム
濃い口醤油・・・・・・・・少々
薄口醤油・・・・・・・・・少々
食塩・・・・・・・・・・・・1つまみ
味の素・・・・・・・・・・・少量
これを鍋に入れて、沸騰寸前まで沸かす。
This is put in the pan, and it boils
it immediately before the boil.
必ず味見をして美味しくする。
It tastes without fail without fail
and it does delicious.
後は冷ましてからペットボトルの中に入れて
冷蔵庫の中に入れておく
It puts in the PET bottle after it cools

この出し汁は４日間は日持ちする

卵の Ｌサイズ８個に対して出し汁を１９０ｃｃ入れて、箸でかき回す

卵の白身と黄身が混ぜあうように、かき混ぜる。

ガスコンロの火は必ず強火なのです

卵焼きの鍋を熱したら『自身の鼻か頬に近づけて温度の調整をしてください』
When you heat the pan of the omelette'Please bring close
to the nose or the cheek and adjust the temperature. '
ティッシュに綺麗な油を滲み込ませて鍋に満遍なく油を敷くのです
It paves it in Tissue, and beautiful oil blots, is crowded,
and oil is paved in the pan evenly.
余分の油は鍋を傾けて油受け皿の中へ出してください。
Please incline the pan and put out the oil

後は四角の卵焼きの鍋で分量を４回に分けて焼くだけです

毎回 油を滲み込ませたティッシュで鍋を拭きます
