久しぶりの投稿です。

私が主宰する合気道の道場で撮影したものです。

合気道の受け身は派手な動きが有名ですがこの様なゆっくりした動きもあるのです。

座ってから前方向に向かって受け身をしました。

 

もう一つは、前回から一年ぶりの三点倒立です。

私は元気でいますから安心してください。

It has been a long time since I have posted before.

This was taken at the dojo where I teach aikido.

Aikido ukemi is known for its flashy movements, but there is also a slow movement like this. I did ukemi from a seated position facing forward.

The other is a three-point inverted stand, which I have not done in a year since the last time I did it.

Please be assured that I am in good health.
