Hello, my name is Kazuo Hirai and I would like to share some news about our PlayStation Qriocity services.

First of all, I'd like to send my sincere apologies for the inconvenience the service outages caused you and want to thank you for all the patience you've shown as we work through the restoration process.

Since the attacks on our networks, we've been working around the clock to bring game and media services back online.

The services being restored in phases, and I am pleased to say that the first phase now being launched in most regions of the world.

This includes singing in from PlayStation Network, and Qriocity services, online game play across PS3 and PSP. Music unlimited if you have current subscription for PS3 and PC, access to the thrid party services such as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and NOB.TV, friends list, chat functionality, trophy comparison, and Playstation Home.

He also serves as president and group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony and part of the Consumer Products & Services Group.
